Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 409 platform. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. 409 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your national ID or passport at any time for account verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact the 409 customer support team immediately through the available channels on the platform.
409 users agree not to use this platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure. 409 reserves the right to withhold balances associated with activities that breach these terms while an investigation is ongoing.
Users also agree that they access this platform at their own discretion and understand the risks involved in online betting activities.
All transactions on the 409 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, and online banking for the convenience of Malaysian users.
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method. All deposits must be processed using an account registered under the same name as your 409 account. Third-party deposits will not be accepted.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed after full identity verification has been completed. Processing times depend on the selected payment method and are typically completed within the timeframe stated on the platform. 409 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving any withdrawal that exceeds a specified limit.
If you notice any errors in your transactions, please contact our support team immediately. 409 is not liable for any losses arising from delays in reporting such errors.
The 409 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 409 bears no liability for financial losses, data loss, or service disruptions arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to technical outages, internet connectivity issues, or unsatisfactory game outcomes.
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software used on the 409 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
Where the platform contains links to third-party websites, 409 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
409 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or activities that may compromise the integrity of the platform. Valid balances in accounts closed for technical or policy reasons will be refunded in accordance with the established process.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal once the review is complete.
409 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operations. Any disputes arising from the use of the 409 platform shall be resolved through channels mutually agreed upon by both parties, and where necessary, through the relevant jurisdiction.
